Music Fest 2012!

The High School Physical Education, Health and Music (PEHM) Area is pleased to present its activity for School Year 2012-2013: Music Fest 2012!

Part 1 of this festival is from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. on January 25, 2013 at the Gym.  Students compete in solo singing and band categories.  There are three (3) winners for each category: 2nd runner-up, 1st runner-up, and champion).  Winners are awarded a trophy.

The band category also presents special awards, namely:

1. Best Lead Guitarist
2. Best Bassist
3. Best Drummer
4. Best Vocalist

These special award winners also receive a trophy. The intermission is courtesy of the HS Faculty, and guest band Udaya.

Part 2 is from 9:40 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. on February 4, 2013 at the Gym. Students compete to win 2nd runner-up, 1st runner-up or champion in dancing, while faculty vie for places in solo singing. 

Special awards will be given to:

1. Best in Costume (group)
2. Best Dancer

Each winner receives a trophy.  Mr. Karl Mendoza, Star Claretian Champion SY 2012-2013, is the guest performer, and the intermission is courtesy of the dance troupe HATAW.

This event is organized by Music Fest Members Mr. Dennis Hermoso and Ms. Melody Payumo, and Music Fest Chairperson Mrs. Carina Robiñol (PEHM Coordinator).
